from Honkai Impact
Bailu Youyun brings a very different flavor to San Andreas, one that feels brighter, more curious, and just a little too clever for a city that solves most of its problems with bullets and bad decisions. Her design does not overpower the world, but it changes the atmosphere in a quieter way. The usual GTA noise is still there, yet with her around, the map starts feeling less like a crime playground and more like a place being observed by someone who is always thinking two steps ahead.

Dropping Bailu Youyun into GTA San Andreas makes the game feel fresher than expected, mostly because her look carries that advanced Part 2-era Honkai vibe without becoming visually obnoxious. She works especially well during slower free roam sessions, long drives across the countryside, and nighttime city exploration where the details of the model get more room to breathe. Even then, she does not fall apart when things get messy. Missions, random shootouts, and general street chaos still suit her because the contrast between her cleaner design and the grime of San Andreas ends up being half the appeal. It is a mod that feels easy to keep using for hours because the atmosphere stays distinct without becoming tiring.
Bailu Youyun is an AstralOp in Honkai Impact 3rd, and even within that role she stands out thanks to a mix of youthful energy, intelligence, and a slightly whimsical edge in how she is presented. There is a playful side to her image, but it is backed by a very clear sense of capability, which keeps the character from feeling one-note. Across regional versions, the character name appears as: (Japanese: バイールー・ヨウユン, Chinese: 白露佑云, Korean: 바이루 유운). The name already carries a strong identity on its own, so even without an alternate outfit attached here, she is still easy to recognize for players keeping up with newer Honkai Impact content.
Inside San Andreas, Bailu Youyun feels like someone who should be taking notes on the city instead of getting caught in its nonsense, but somehow she still fits once the gameplay starts rolling. There is a nice balance between charm and intelligence in how she sits inside the map, making ordinary exploration feel more pleasant while still letting chaotic moments stay chaotic. She does not transform San Andreas into a different game, but she absolutely changes the texture of it, and that softer, smarter energy ends up being a really good fit.
